Guest wishlists are stored in your browser; when you sign in, saved products are linked to your account so you can access them on another device. The contact form accepts your name, a messenger number or email, and the message you write. Please provide only the details needed to handle your request.

Technical records may include an IP address, browser details, timestamps and pages requested. These technical records support website operation, troubleshooting and security and are not used for unrelated advertising or marketing.

Information shared in conversations and outside the website

You may provide information without using checkout or a website form: through Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or direct offline communication with our team. This can include your name, messenger username or telephone number, delivery details, order references, questions, and any photographs, documents or other attachments you choose to send. Why these details are needed

We support your order from the time you submit it until you receive it, and handle any related follow-up questions or delivery issues. We do not use or disclose your customer information for unrelated purposes.

Order details support order confirmation, payment instructions, delivery arrangements and subsequent assistance. Contact details allow a response to your enquiry. Saved addresses help you complete future checkout forms. Technical information supports website operation, troubleshooting and security.

A purchase enquiry does not itself constitute permission for unrelated promotional messages. We do not use your customer information for unrelated advertising, marketing or profiling. Permission to communicate about an enquiry or order is not permission for unrelated promotional messages.

Cookies and browser controls

Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand page loading and website performance. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free performance measurement that does not track individual visitors across websites. This technical measurement is separate from the customer information used to handle your enquiries and orders.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources and the use of public pages. Analytics cookies and usage information are processed by Google. Google Analytics stays off until you select Allow; selecting Decline leaves it off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days.

We do not send checkout details, contact form contents or private account information to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms; see Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Confidentiality and limited disclosure

We treat your contact details, order information and private conversations as confidential. We do not publish them, sell them or disclose them for unrelated advertising or marketing. Access to customer records and private correspondence is limited to authorised IronJuice Shop team members who handle your enquiries, orders and related support. We do not rent your information or provide it to third parties for their own advertising, marketing or other unrelated purposes.

Where fulfilment requires a hosting, delivery or payment provider, only the information necessary for that service is shared. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. These limited disclosures do not permit unrelated use of your private correspondence. Postal and courier services receive only the shipping details necessary to send and deliver your parcel, such as the recipient name, delivery address and contact information required for delivery. We do not provide them with your private support correspondence or unrelated customer records. Our hosting and email services necessarily process information to operate the website, store records and transmit communications. Payment providers process information needed for the payment method you use. Technical processing may take place where the relevant providers operate; it does not authorise unrelated disclosure of your private correspondence.

Telegram, WhatsApp and other external destinations apply their own privacy terms once you open them. Those terms are separate from this website's policy.

Keeping your customer information

We retain your customer information while you maintain an ongoing relationship with IronJuice Shop, to manage your account, process your orders and provide related support. Receiving a parcel or taking a break between purchases does not by itself close your account or end this relationship.

You may request account closure and deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact details below. Information that is still necessary to complete an outstanding order, resolve an open order-related issue, or meet an applicable legal requirement may be retained for that purpose. We do not keep information for unrelated advertising or marketing.

Requests about your information

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on it. Identity checks and legal exceptions may apply. Requests will be handled within the relevant statutory timeframe.

You may ask us to close your account and delete your personal information by emailing this address. We will close the account and delete the information covered by your request, except for information still needed to complete an outstanding order, resolve an open order-related issue, or meet an applicable legal requirement. We will explain any necessary exception when responding to your request. You do not need to place another order to make a privacy request.

We reflect material changes to this policy on this page and update the Last updated date. We do not treat an order or support request as consent to use your information for unrelated purposes.
